Tasted 22nd February 2012 at Broadway House Club at David Beguier-Barnett’s tasting of fine, old and rare St. Emilion. Very light brick red, hint of farmyard. Perhaps a little past its best.
Fruit gone really but soft tannins and bone dry. Not unpleasant on the palate – perhaps 10 years past its best. Drink now. 14.5/20
